If you use the Website on behalf of an organisation, you confirm that you are authorised to accept these Terms on its behalf.

2. The CompIQ platform

These Terms cover the Website only. Access to and use of the CompIQ platform and related services (including manage.compiq.in and spaces.compiq.in) is governed by the separate subscription or master services agreement between CompIQ and the customer organisation. If there is any conflict, that agreement prevails.

3. Permitted use

You may use the Website for lawful purposes, to learn about CompIQ and to contact us. You agree not to:

• use the Website in any way that breaks any applicable law or regulation;
• attempt to gain unauthorised access to the Website, our systems or other users’ data, or interfere with their security or operation;
• introduce viruses, malware or other harmful code;
• scrape, crawl, copy or harvest content or data from the Website by automated means without our written permission;
• reverse engineer, frame or mirror any part of the Website;
• impersonate any person or misrepresent your affiliation with any person or organisation; or
